Day Two, a bit of a disappointing one. We didn't get too much time to see things in Praha because we had to purchase jeans for Malia. Knowing me and Malia's obsession with fashion, we ended up spending over an hour at H and M shopping for clothes!

I bought a gorgeous Jacket for 1199 Koruna (less than 60 dollars!) Malia purchased a pair of jeans, but they were quickly stolen on the streets of Prague when she set them down to pay for a nectarine :(. So we spent several hours in the other H and M, trying to buy new jeans. Her card didn't work, and it was a huge hassle. So we didn't get to see much of the city today, with one very important exception. We went up the clock tower above the atomic clock for views of the Old Town Square and the city skyline. It made the whole day.

Our concert was in an LDS Church, and while I frankly think that it is silly to go all the way to Praha to sing in an LDS church when we have hundreds (even thousands) in Utah. But it was very fun, and the people loved it! I'll post pictures of our concert on Facebook later.
10 Things I’ve learned about Europe in my first two days in Praha:
1. Everyone here is either really gorgeous or really ugly. Most people are gorgeous.
2. Everyone here smokes. Everyone. And at all times.
3. Everyone here knows how to dress. Even 12 year olds wear designer clothes.
4. Americans are the most disliked nationality in the world.
5. Everything costs money here. The bathrooms, water in restaurants, everything.
6. Student cards are apparently supposed to have dates on them.
7. Europeans (especially Czechs) drink all the time. The receptionist at the hotel this morning had a massive Pilsner at 9:00 AM, while she was working, mind you.
8. The Europeans have no conception of personal space, it seems. I get bumped, rubbed, and touched everywhere I go.
9. People who drive cars are really impatient and will not hesitate to run you over of scare the crap out of you by honking when you’re still walking in front of them, even though the light changed just two seconds ago.
10. It’s incredible here and I love it.
